Photoshop skills

In Photoshop, we used many different tools to edit our photos. One tool that I thought was really cool was the neon glow tool. All you have to do is select a picture, desaturate it, and click the neon glow tool. Then you can pick a color you want to choose.

Another tool I liked a lot, was the spot tool. You can pick any color you want to use, and make it the only color that shows up. All you have to do is change the picture to desaturate, add a layer, go to paintbrush and select a color you want. Then just paint over where the color is that you want highlighted.
